Refund Policy

1. The plain version

The test and your pet’s archetype reveal are free. The full Genius Report and member features are a one-time purchase: $1.99 USD at the limited-time intro price (shown for a short window after your pet’s results are ready), reduced to $0.99 USD if you choose to share your pet’s card at the unlock step — sharing is optional and never required to buy — or $12.99 USD at the regular price after that window ends. It is a single payment — no subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing recurring, and nothing to cancel. The exact amount is shown next to the pay button before any charge, and a receipt is emailed for the payment.

2. Refunds

Because the purchase reveals the full digital report immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the report is unlocked, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or hit a genuine technical problem that stopped you getting what you paid for, contact us and we’ll put it right.

Nothing in this policy waives or limits your statutory rights under your local consumer law — for example Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, US state consumer-protection laws, the Australian Consumer Law, or New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act.

3. Legacy subscriptions

If you joined before Pet IQ moved to a one-time purchase, your auto-renewing subscription continues on its original terms until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account billing page in about two clicks; cancelling stops future charges, your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and payments for the current period are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
